The Magnesium containing compounds are very useful as they gets absorbed easily by the body and results in better uptake of magnesium in the structure of the bones.
Magnesium deficiency or magnesium in excess in your body, both are harmful conditions. In such cases, Magnesium containing laxatives and diuretics unintentionally results in excessive consumption of magnesium. There are tests such as Symtomatology and Hair mineral analysis for determining the magnesium imbalance in your body. Magnesium also lays a vital role to control the symptoms of ADHD in children and adults. It was found that Magnesium containing Pemoline are very effective to control ADHD in one of the studies.
Hydrogen peroxide is used in the preparation of Magnesium containing silicate sols that is further used for fiber formation as well as for coating. To avoid magnesium deficiency, one should consume foods like nuts, green leafy vegetables, and whole foods. You should strictly avoid processed foods like while flour products or white sugar as they remove the magnesium from them. There are also oral magnesium supplements for those suffering from chronic magnesium deficiency. These supplements can also be takes as a measure to prevent magnesium deficiency in future. There are supplements like magnesium chelate, magnesium oxide, magnesium aspartate, magnesium taurate, and magnesium glycinate.
The recommended doses of these supplements to prevent magnesium deficiency are 350 mg per day. A diet rich in magnesium along with increased use of injectable or oral magnesium greatly helps in the prevention of magnesium deficiencies.
